The Builders

Three Builders. One Community.

ARISTA, DECO Homes and OPUS Homes are combining their experience to create this new Woodbridge community.

ARISTA has been building Ontario homes since 1994. Its work brings together residential design, construction and an approach to neighbourhoods centred on the people who live in them. At Bridgelands, ARISTA joins two other established builders in shaping a new Woodbridge address.

DECO Homes was established in 2016. With its DesignForward approach, the builder focuses on residential design and the details of day-to-day living. DECO brings that perspective to Bridgelands, alongside ARISTA and OPUS Homes.

OPUS Homes brings a family homebuilding background and its Living Refined approach to the community. Working with ARISTA and DECO Homes, OPUS is part of the team behind the homes and shared neighbourhood vision at Bridgelands.
